Monk Week is a 7-day digital detox challenge from February 2 to February 9. Anyone is welcome to join.
Set your own rules. Some people need their phone for work or for family coordination. No one’s keeping track, so choose what works for you.

No phone. If you need one for work, dumb it down so it can only do phone calls, and leave it at the office, if possible.

No laptop. If you need one for work, block distracting sites and apps (eg. Facebook, WhatsApp, personal email) and leave it at work.

No TV. Unplug it along with your WiFi router. The experiment loses its value if you spend the time you’d have spent on your phone binging Netflix series.

Join a Zoom call on February 9th to connect with others, share your experiences, and swap stories. The invite will be sent by email.
